We are a respected aviation training institution located in Concord, MA, committed to preparing the next generation of aircraft maintenance professionals. Our curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and technical excellence. We are currently seeking experienced A&P-certified instructors with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to join our instructional team.
*Position Overview*
As an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, you’ll play a key role in shaping future A&P mechanics. You’ll deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction, mentor students, and ensure FAA curriculum standards are met.
*Location:* 130 Baker Ave Ext. Concord, MA 01742
*Schedule:* Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Job Responsibilities*
* Teach FAA-approved curriculum to prepare students for FAA exams. * Track attendance and submit grades within 24 hours. * Ensure all coursework is delivered, completed, and assessed. * Manage makeup tests and practical projects. * Follow lesson plans and maintain a daily planner. * Review curriculum and policies before each term. * Maintain tools, training aids, and instructional spaces. * Request supplies as needed. * Coordinate with Hangar Operations staff during training. * Keep classrooms, labs, and hangars clean and organized. * Safeguard institutional assets.

*Required Education and Experience:*
* High School Diploma required * FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certification – required. * Minimum 3 years of A&P industry experience * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Basic understanding of the Internet. * Turbine
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
