What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of aviation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data related to aviation operations, safety, and compliance.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry regulations and standards to ensure that Sgi's aviation practices remain compliant and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development and implementation of aviation policies and procedures that enhance safety and operational performance.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to model various aviation scenarios and assess their potential impacts.
- Participate in aviation-related projects, providing analytical support and insights throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with external partners and stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights that inform decision-making processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the aviation industry to provide innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Support the training and development of junior analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices in aviation analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and processes within the organization.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation analysis or a similar analytical role within the aviation industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about aviation-related issues.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
