The Mechanic B is the second level within the Hertz Corporation for our maintenance team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspection.

Wage: $24.50/hr + median incentive is approximately 258/month, varies based on job performance

Schedule:  Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm, off days Sunday Monday 

Educational Background: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

 Professional Experience: 

• At minimum one (1) years of vehicle maintenance experience
• Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
• Vermont state inspection license required- If you have strong automotive maintenance experience we allow you to work on acquiring your Vermont State inspection license after you are hired.  

 Requirements: 

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight

• Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

   

 Additional Notes:

• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 20 years old
