This is a high-accountability environment where effort and results matter.
You will handle the full sales process—from greeting and qualifying customers to closing deals and delivering vehicles. Responsibilities Greet and engage walk-in customers confidently Build rapport quickly and identify buying intent Present inventory and create urgency Conduct test drives and demonstrate value Follow up on leads daily (calls, texts, CRM) Structure and close deals while maintaining gross Work with a wide range of credit profiles Deliver vehicles and ensure a strong customer experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Prior sales experience required (automotive preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Salesperson License (DMV) Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills Who We Want Competitive, self-motivated individuals People who follow up relentlessly People who don’t make excuses when deals fall apart People who want to earn based on performance, not just show up
