Job Description

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Central GMC of Norwood, you will be the face of our dealership, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to help clients find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers, understanding their preferences, and driving sales to contribute to the overall success of our team. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and personable manner to understand their vehicle needs.

Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle models, pricing, and promotions. Negotiate sales terms and prices to meet dealership goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth vehicle transactions. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. A passion for cars and automotive knowledge is a plus.

Benefits Sign On Bonus based on Experience Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly. Opportunities performance bonuses. Comprehensive health benefits package.
