Job Summary Role focuses on analyzing warranty data, customer complaints, and surveys to identify issues and improve product quality. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, confident, and willing to ask questions and challenge professionally. Preference is given to individuals with 2–6 years of engineering or quality experience; automotive experience is helpful but not required.

An electrical engineering background is preferred, though adaptable candidates who can learn quickly are also considered. The position is based in Windsor with a flexible hybrid schedule and minimal local travel, occasional meetings in the U.S. Hiring managers prioritize mindset and problem‑solving ability over specific technical background.

Key Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve root causes, implement corrective actions, and manage service actions for quality and warranty issues. Analyze warranty data to prioritize and address critical issues, ensuring effective communication between engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and purchasing teams. Capture and apply Lessons Learned across all vehicle lines to prevent future issues.

Requirements Proven experience in quality management within electrical systems. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication skills to bridge various departments. 2–6 years of engineering or quality experience.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with JD Powers and Consumer Reports investigations. Background in connectivity and infotainment systems (CarPlay, Bluetooth, telematics, etc.). Electrical engineering background.
