Position Overview We\'re seeking a mid-level Python Automation Developer to build automation scripts that help streamline operations across our business—from laboratories to HR, Accounting, Finance, Client Services, Sales, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities Develop Python scripts to automate workflows, data processing, and reporting Integrate with Microsoft 365 applications and APIs Test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions Collaborate with teams across departments to understand needs and deliver solutions Document your work clearly for others to maintain Required Skills & Qualifications Experience integrating with REST APIs and web services Microsoft 365 experience (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Graph API) Version control (Git) and production deployment experience Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Bonus Skills Experience with Power Automate Machine Learning and LLM experience Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows Healthcare or regulated industry experience Preferred Open-minded and eager to learn new technologies Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 3-6 years of automation development experience Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Sagis Diagnostics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
