We Champion People. \n \n\n \n Responsibilities \n \n\n \n • Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process. \n \n • Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status. \n \n • Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind. \n \n • Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time. \n \n • Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders. \n \n • Participates in all required safety meetings. \n \n • Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools. \n \n • Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks when needed, i.e., unusual problems or questions and explains procedures to assistant. \n \n\n \n Qualifications \n \n\n \n • Ability to use frame machine. \n \n • Certification in body repair preferred. \n \n • Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer. \n \n • I-CAR welding certified. \n \n • Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data. \n \n • Ability to supervise repair personnel. \n \n • Must be able to pass thorough background check \n \n\n \n Benefits \n \n\n \n The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates: \n \n\n \n\n \n Medical Insurance \n \n Dental Insurance \n \n Vision Insurance \n \n Group Life Insurance \n \n Disability Insurance \n \n 401k Retirement Plan with match \n \n Referral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”) \n \n 5 Paid Holidays \n \n\n \n\n \n We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.

The actual offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to: job related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications and qualifications. \n \n\n \n This position is paid on a commission/ flag rate structure. Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked each week.
