Job Description
Department Overview Authorisations, RegTech & International Supervision (ARTIS) is a new Directorate formed in July 2021 and consists of the Authorisations Division, the RegTech, Data and Innovation Division, and four supervisory divisions responsible for overseeing UK activities of banks, custodians, and designated investment firms headquartered in over 50 overseas jurisdictions. The Authorisations function delivers an effective Authorisations framework for the PRA, ensuring compliance with various UK statutory requirements, in accordance with the PRA's risk tolerance and decision‑making framework. It is recognised as a centre of excellence for Authorisations knowledge, providing mentorship and direction on all regulatory transaction issues, and ensuring high‑quality outputs and appropriate management of critical events in a firm's lifecycle.
Job Description Own, co‑coordinate and respond to requests for management information (MI) or data against agreed SLAs. Provide quality assurance on team outputs, both on written reports and data extraction and analysis. Own and lead the development of current and new tooling to improve MI and reporting, meeting the needs of stakeholders and statutory obligations.
Contribute towards the implementation and improvement of divisional operational frameworks, including business continuity planning and MoU coordination with the FCA. Grow and develop the skills and knowledge required within the team and wider division. Lead risk and incident processes, including assessment and reporting.

Role Requirements Minimum Criteria Strong experience of data analysis and visualisation, able to analyse, present information efficiently, and draw conclusions. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, prioritising and planning ahead to meet tight deadlines.
Strong business awareness to pick up context and knowledge quickly. Essential Criteria Experience of using Tableau or Power BI to build insightful data visualisations. Experience of using the Power Platform suite of tools.
Strong stakeholder‑management skills, acting as a role model for Bank values of working across boundaries and transparency. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, adaptable to a variety of audiences and needs. Desirable Criteria Experience of R, Python, Git or SQL.
Knowledge of the PRA regulatory framework, particularly Authorisations processes. Experience of crafting and implementing operational frameworks (e.g., reporting, resource management, quality assurance, change management). Inclusion The Bank values diversity, equity and inclusion.

Salary and Benefits Salary is circa £37,520 – £41,700.
