About the Role As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit and assurance engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.
You’ll work closely with partners and senior leadership while contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion Review working papers, financial statements, and audit deliverables Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across various industries Mentor, train, and develop junior and intermediate staff Identify process improvements and provide value-added recommendations to clients Support business development and client relationship management initiatives Qualifications CPA designation (required) 3+ years of public practice experience, with strong audit exposure Proven experience leading or managing engagements Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What’s in It for You Paid overtime Collaborative and supportive team environment Clear career progression and growth opportunities Exposure to a diverse client base Flexible and positive work culture
