Our team has partnered with a top CPA and advisory services firm in the amazing and growing city of Austin, TX. We are searching for a Audit Manager with experience in various business entities (LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps) and high net worth clients. Caliber Recruiting Group partners with locally owned CPA and advisory firms that are progressive minded and employee focused.
We don't work for the "Big 4" but we do work with growing and top-rated firms that do complex business tax and assurance work and also provide high levels of personal service for their clients. Pay and Benefits: $115,000-$145,000 annually (Salary at senior level or manager level commensurate with experience) 401 (k) employer matched Dental HMO Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Medical Insurance employer subsidized Hours capped at reasonable levels during busy season Ability to learn and grow in a fast paced environment working on complex cases with a lot of nuance in a lot of different industries, with promotion ability and learning from partners Duties and Experience: Bachelors in accounting, (or equivalent, Business with accounting focus, econ, finance) 5-7 years of accounting experience in a firm / wealth management / public accounting / CPA firm environment CPA license is advantageous, NOT required- CPA eligible or in progress is a big plus Financial Statement review with C-Corps, S-Corps, Trusts and Partnerships, as well as tax return work with high net worth individuals Multi Industry knowledge helpful, construction, professional, individuals, manufacturing Knowledgeable with IRS regulations and rules to ensure all compliance is met High experience with various tax software programs, CCH.
