Audit & Accounts Manager or Senior Manager Location: West Midlands Sector: Audit and Business Services, Accounts & Audit Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum Responsibilities Manage a varied portfolio of clients from a broad range of industry sectors, working with Directors. Lead the audit process from planning through completion, ensuring appropriate staff levels and resource allocation for each assignment. Review year‑end accounts prepared by team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards before delivery to clients.
Contribute to day‑to‑day management and training of trainee and senior staff, including staff reviews for continuous development. Participate in business development activities, presenting to new and existing clients with the aim of winning new business. Qualifications ACA/ACCA qualified.
Extensive audit experience from an established practice background. Previous staff management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
