Attorney- Associate- Business Litigation/Real Estate/Construction (Fort Lauderdale)

Complex litigation group of a growing boutique law firm is seeking the following (must be FL barred with FL experience): Responsibilities of the Business/Real Estate/Construction Litigation Associate: Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc. Take pride in work on a low volume complex caseload Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients Requirements for the Litigation Associate: 2 - 4 years of litigation experience at a civil/commercial litigation law firm Licensed to practice law in Florida required Looking for a motivated young attorney who wants to learn from senior attorneys and grow as a litigator. You will get hands on training on high stakes, high value litigation.

Compensation Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
