Associate Technical Consultant (Poland) - CDP

Technical Services Role

We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of technical consultants through our Consultant Development Program. As an Associate Technical Consultant, you’ll be in a customer‑facing role that focuses on integration, custom development, DevOps, Veeva AI, and data migration.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers and project teams, providing technical expertise on Veeva’s applications, Vault Platform, APIs, and Java SDK
• Develop custom code, configure Veeva software and contribute to solution design under the guidance of experienced technical and migration architects; support content and data migration
• Participate in developing cutting‑edge tools used by the Veeva Services team globally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with strong academic performance
• Experience in object‑oriented programming
• Thrives in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning
• Excellent technical storytelling skills; enjoys explaining why a specific technical architecture or decision is right for a customer
• Strong critical‑thinking skills with an analytical mindset
• High work ethic and integrity; Veeva is a Public Benefit Corporation that expects employees to “do the right thing”
• Willingness to travel as needed up to 20‑30% of the time
• Legally authorized to be employed in the European Union; Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visas

Compensation

• Starting Salary: 102,000 ZL
• After one year, if you perform well, you will receive a significant compensation increase

Work Environment

Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can choose to work in an office or remotely from home on any given day of the week. Associate Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.
