• Lead deal execution activities including performance analysis, market diligence, and investment committee materials
• Source new investments via cold outreach, networks, and industry events
• Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, guiding strategic initiatives around financing and acquisitions
• Monitor AI and enterprise software trends to shape investment themes
• Expand network with VCs, investment bankers, and entrepreneurs

• 2+ years in venture capital, growth/PE, investment banking, consulting, or startups
• strong business judgment and strategic thinking
• understanding and interest in generative AI and enterprise tech
• excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build credibility across levels
• strong AI, spreadsheet and presentation skills; detail-oriented with strong follow-through
