Your Role in Our Mission

Equipment Delivery and Demonstration Support

• Deliver, set up, and retrieve demonstration equipment as requested by Territory Sales Managers.
• Coordinate equipment movement to and from home healthcare vendors, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care homes, and other customer locations across the Central Ontario Region.
• Ensure demonstration equipment is clean, functional, properly configured, and presented professionally.
• Safely load, unload, transport, and position manual and power wheelchair equipment.

Sales and Customer Support

• Work collaboratively with Territory Sales Managers and Education Managers to support product promotion, education, and customer resource needs.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and Customer Support to assist in resolving customer concerns.
• Investigate issues, gather relevant information, contribute to solutions, prepare reports where required, and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, vendors, clinicians, and internal stakeholders.

Warehouse and Operational Support

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with shipping, receiving, equipment organization, inventory handling, and general warehouse upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records related to equipment deliveries, pickups, condition, and location.
• Support the safe, efficient, and orderly operation of the Aurora office and warehouse environment.
• Complete cross‑functional assignments as required to support business priorities and build broader business acumen.

Product Knowledge and Professional Development

• Maintain and continually develop technical knowledge of Permobil products, subsidiaries, and distributed product lines.
• Stay current on product features, applications, and appropriate equipment handling practices.
• Represent Permobil professionally and consistently in all customer and internal interactions.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the Central Ontario Region.
• Ability to work from Permobil’s Aurora office.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manual and power wheelchairs as well as all other Permobil lines of products.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to speak confidently in front of groups.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to independently coordinate and complete projects within required timelines.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• A customer-focused, collaborative approach and a strong willingness to learn.

Pay Transparency

Pay Range: C$40,000.00 to C$55,000.00
