About KidPro
KidPro is a children's fitness brand, part of kprosport.com. Our mission is simple: make fitness a daily habit for every Indian kid. We run live, coach-led classes that help children grow taller, stronger and more confident, right from their living rooms. Every week we put a KidPro demo in front of hundreds of families.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Closer for KidPro Live Classes. You own the moment a curious parent becomes a paying one. Every conducted demo is a warm lead handed straight to you. You call, you build trust, you handle the money question, and you close, fast. We already have a closer who sets the bar, and we are hiring someone who can match it and beat it.
This is a full-time, work-from-home role, open anywhere in India, six days a week.
What You Will Do
β’ Call every family right after their child's demo and convert them into a paid KidPro plan.
β’ Close on the same day the demo is conducted wherever you can, and within the same week at the latest.
β’ Own the full money conversation: plans, pricing, objections, and the ask.
β’ Run disciplined follow-ups on every warm lead until it is won or genuinely lost.
β’ Hit and beat your weekly enrollment target.
β’ Keep every lead, note and status updated in our tracker in real time.
The Number That Matters
Same-day conversion is the gold standard. A demo closed the day it happens is worth the most, to the family and to you. A same-week close is the strong second. That is how we measure a great closer, and how your incentive is built.
Who We Are Looking For
β’ 3+ years closing on the phone in EdTech, K-12, insurance, or any high-intent consumer sale.
β’ A real track record of hitting and beating targets, with numbers you can talk through.
β’ Fluent, warm and persuasive in Hindi and English. A South Indian language is a strong plus.
β’ Quick on pricing and objections, and comfortable asking for the sale without flinching.
β’ Self-driven at home: you run your own day, follow up relentlessly, and log everything.
β’ Motivated by incentives and competition. You want a role where closing more pays you more.
Nice to Have
Experience selling to parents or in kids and education, a feel for subscription products, fluency with a CRM, and a calm, reassuring hand with anxious first-time parents.
