Job Purpose This is an entry-level, sales-focused role based in Cardiff and the surrounding area, designed for someone who wants to build a successful career in B2B sales. You’ll be speaking to businesses every day, working across a mix of inbound enquiries and outbound activity, building confidence on the phone and learning how to turn conversations into customers. This is a fast-paced, phone-led role where you’ll quickly develop real sales skills and start seeing the results of your work.
With full training, structured coaching, and clear progression, this role offers a genuine pathway into a Business Development position with the opportunity to build your own pipeline, generate new business, and directly contribute to revenue and GP growth.
