Key Responsibilities: Soft Skills Development: Organise and conduct 1on1 sessions, group discussions and other inter-personal activities to help students improve their communication skills and interview readiness. Guide students in building professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles to enhance their job prospects by following AccioJob’s helpful resources and practicing as much as possible. Student Guidance & Course Correction: Reach out to students who are struggling with low attendance or incomplete assignments.

Provide non-technical support and guide students to course-correct and stay on track with their learning journey while following the SOP. Monitor student performance diligently and help students in improving their learning. Student Effort & Performance Tracking: Maintain and update dashboards to track student progress, attendance, assignment completion, and other performance metrics.

Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on the performance data. Act on those recommendations to improve student learning and placement outcomes Interview & Job Preparation: Assist students in preparing their personal introductions, project explanations, and other aspects of interview preparation. Provide feedback and mock interviews to help students gain confidence and improve their interview skills.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Centre Learning Head and learning team to improve student learning outcomes and ensure that students are progressing effectively in the course. Act as a liaison between students and faculty to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any non-technical concerns. Work closely with Facility Manager to ensure an impeccable learning space for learners.

Qualifications: Strong understanding of MS Excel: You are not afraid of charts, pivots and dashboards. Ability to work independently and proactively with students and having a passion for improving student learning Strong interpersonal skills in English and Hindi/Marathi. Previous experience of mentoring students is a big plus.

Familiarity with technical topics like basics of programming and data analysis is a big plus. You can expect: A deep sense of fulfilment as you see the tangible impact of your work on students’ success. A fast-paced outcome-oriented environment with a lot of ownership on you.
