What You Will Do This role leads the production side of the company and is ideal for an engineer who wants to take ownership and make a real impact.

You will: Manage multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle Develop and improve standard operating procedures Oversee resources, timelines, budgets, and client requests Perform engineering work from energy modeling and design to writing commissioning plans Handle engineering projects from start to finish while knowing when and how to delegate tasks to team members or subcontractors Build strong client relationships and maintain high standards of project management and delivery What We Are Looking For You are driven to do more than the basics. You have demonstrated growth beyond your Professional Engineer license, such as an advanced degree or professional certifications. You are curious, willing to learn new skills, and ready to explore new areas of engineering.

Compensation and Benefits Hybrid schedule with a minimum of one in-person day per week in the Front Range of Colorado, based in Arvada.
