What You’d Do In This Role We’re looking for an Associate Director of Software Engineering who will take ownership of the technical health and direction of multiple key digital marketing platforms (i.e. e‑commerce, analytics, and subscriptions).

This leader will guide a team of engineers toward technical excellence, set clear standards, drive smart architectural decisions, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Beyond strong execution, this role is about building technology with purpose: creating tools and platforms that further our mission of bringing hope to people in every walk of life. You’re Probably a Match If You have a strong software engineering background with the ability to quickly ramp up on Java / Spring.

You have 4+ years of prior experience as an individual contributor, with progression into a current engineering leadership role. You have a proven ability to solve complex problems, drive clarity, and make sound technical decisions. You have an interest and enthusiasm in leveraging AI to improve software engineering effectiveness.

What Winning Looks Like Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering strong technical execution and healthy team culture. Own the technical strategy and delivery for a portfolio of digital marketing tools and platforms. Partner with Product, UX, and business leaders to align engineering execution with company goals.

Champion best practices across software development, testing, deployment, and DevOps. Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve platform scalability, reliability, and speed‑to‑market. Other Stuff To Know We’re looking for people who are passionate about our mission.
