Associate Director for Education Development

Drive applied learning initiatives at the Otipemisiwak Métis Government in Edmonton, AB as the Associate Director of the Rupertsland Centre for Applied Learning. Focus on academic upgrading and collaborative programming. The role entails leading the RCAL’s establishment as a provincial applied learning hub.

You will be responsible for crafting a three-year growth strategy, implementing educational programming, and ensuring partnerships with post-secondary institutions align with Métis community needs. Support a team and monitor program effectiveness to create impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Establish RCAL programming and design • Develop a three-year growth plan collaboratively • Oversee applied learning programs and tutoring • Manage community computer lab operations • Foster partnerships with educational institutions Requirements: • 5-10 years of experience in education or development • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Knowledge of Indigenous education issues • Ability to manage concurrent projects • Post-secondary education in a relevant field Lead impactful educational initiatives to support Métis citizens' opportunities and development at Otipemisiwak Métis Government. #J-18808-Ljbffr
