• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Full‑time or part‑time
• UDA Allocation: 3,500–7,500 UDAs
• UDA Rate: £12–£14.50 per UDA
• Private Split: 50%
• Support: Experienced clinicians, strong nursing support, practice manager
• Equipment: Digital X‑ray, modern surgeries, fully computerised
• Patient Base: Stable NHS list with strong private demand
