SAP Access Management: Perform daily review of SAP access rights to ensure appropriateness and compliance. Conduct quarterly reviews of Sensitive Access (SA) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) using the SAP GRC system. Annually review role owners assigned to SAP roles and facilitate refresher trainings on access and control requirements. 2.

SOX Testing & Compliance: Support the testing of internal controls across various business and processes. Assist in ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance by maintaining documentation readiness and completeness. Summarize audit and control testing findings, and prepare clear recommendations for management.

Support the coordination of annual control testing (both design and operating effectiveness). Provide support during internal and external audits, including responding to queries and providing evidence. 3. Internal Controls & Audit Support: Help ensure timely completion of internal audits, following standard audit procedures and methodologies.

Consolidate and document audit findings, and track remediation actions through to closure within agreed timelines. 4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Ensure timely reporting and remediation of SoD conflicts and critical access issues. Collaborate with business users, local subsidiary managers, and IT teams during system upgrades, changes, and testing.

Support audit remediation activities related to access clean-up for subsidiaries and hubs. 5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements in access management, control testing, and audit support. Challenge existing ways of working and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, control effectiveness, and user experience.

Leverage analytics, AI-enabled tools, and data visualization (where applicable) to improve insight generation and decision-making around controls and access. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 3–7 years in internal audit, SOX compliance, internal controls, or related fields. Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate / Inter CA.

Technical Skills Working knowledge of SAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet. Exposure to SAP GRC is an advantage.

Good to have: Experience using AI tools (e.g., for analytics, automation, documentation support, or control monitoring). Experience with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to present audit findings, control results, and access analytics in a clear and impactful way.
