Job Description

The Associate Account Manager – Sales Operations supports the Sales and Sales Operation teams in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of client service. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day client interactions, coordinating administrative processes, preparing sales-related reports, and assisting with client inquiries.

The candidate will support clients with questions to ScopeOne, an internet-based platform that provides institutional investors with access to an investor network and rating information. The Associate Account Manager supports the Account Management team in handing routine client inquiries and provides back-up coverage for client accounts as needed. Working closely with Sales, the candidate assists in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, by ensuring accurate client data, supporting onboarding activities, monitoring client requests, and coordinating follow-up actions.

The role also supports the preparation of sales documentation, reports, and account-related analyses.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach, as the Associate Account Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Risk Management, IT, and other internal stakeholders. Duties & responsibilities

  • Support Sales Team in client onboarding activities, including the coordination of follow-up actions and required documentation
  • Handle routine client inquiries and coordinate responses with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Assist with day-to-day client account activities at ScopeOne and provide back-up coverage when required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and counterparty information in the CRM system
  • Assist with third-party onboarding and client due diligence questionnaires and tenders by coordinating input from Sales, Risk Management, IT and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, reports, account analyses, and other client-related materials
  • Conduct market and client research and support the preparation of relevant analyses and presentations
  • Support the maintenance of client relationships through professional and timely communication
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Sales Operations teams
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
  • Contribute to the delivery of a high level of client service and client satisfaction

Professional & personal qualifications

  • Master´s degree, preferrable in economics, finance, communications or marketing
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the financial industry as Project Manager, Client Service Representative, Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager
  • Very strong academic record, showing outstanding cognitive skills
  • Outstanding (oral and written) communication and presentation skills
  • excellent skills in MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with CRM software is preferred
  • Good understanding of applications and online services
  • Willingness to start a career in the financial services sector
  • Independent thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-cultural, self-starter, versatile, inquisitive and detail-oriented personality
  • Fluent in English and at least one another European language


Compensation Range:

The compensation range disclosed may encompass multiple title levels (Scope internal levels of seniority). Your actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your individual experience, education, and seniority, and the final salary will be determined during the interview and evaluation process.

 

Pay Range: 68,400- 92,400
Bonus: Discretionary
