Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a key role in supporting organizational strategy through effective HR initiatives and employee engagement. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders and their teams to create alignment between business objectives and HR strategies, fostering a productive and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals; drive workforce and succession planning.
Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition strategies, performance management cycles, and identify talent gaps to support career development. Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and enhance retention through surveys and feedback mechanisms. Organizational Development: Support change management, strengthen workplace culture, and promote diversity, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
HR Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, headcount, engagement) to enable data driven decision making. Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and support leadership development and continuous learning initiatives. Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent policy implementation, maintain compliance with employment laws, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (Master's or HR certification preferred) Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management & HR Transformation. Proficient in HRIS and data analytics with ability to drive actionable insights Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels What We Offer: A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
