Role Description

The Assistant Vice President – Client Servicing is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, campaign execution, and post-campaign reporting. The role includes leading client communication, understanding brand objectives, translating requirements into effective influencer marketing strategies, and coordinating with internal teams such as influencer sourcing, creative, and analytics.

The AVP will manage a portfolio of key accounts, monitor campaign performance, address escalations, and drive client retention and growth. Day-to-day, the role involves attending client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, reviewing campaign deliverables, and mentoring client servicing team members to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing or account management within digital, influencer, or advertising agencies, with a track record of managing key accounts.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, relationship building, and expectation management, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital campaign metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using reporting tools and dashboards to interpret data and provide insights-driven recommendations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that align with client goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized certification in digital marketing is an advantage.
• Prior leadership experience in mentoring or managing client servicing teams and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
