Assistant Store Manager

JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store. This role ensures the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply. Ensure the store remains clean and organized. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop, lead & support Sales Associates All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization. Is responsible for continued training, education, and development of all employees in the assigned store. All employees will complete training according to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Will help and aid in the recruitment of potential candidates.

Manage and resolve customer issues and conflicts in a professional manner. Must have a form of communication to be reached. Teach and role model customer service and suggestive selling techniques.

Must be able to lift, stand and remain active for the duration of the shift, with frequent movement around the store to assist customers and maintain store image to company standards. Responsible for unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise and keeping shelves stocked.
