A successful Assistant Manager will partner with a team focused on exceptional client experiences and lasting relationships. You will strategically drive business, motivate the team, and execute daily operations, fostering an inspiring and rewarding workplace with development opportunities. What You’ll Do Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience.

Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks. Show flexibility and pursue personal growth in a fast‑paced store environment. Build client relationships by coaching the team on current trends, styling, and selling techniques.

Maintain the highest level of customer service while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities. Expand a client book through proactive relationship building, generating additional traffic and engagement. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools and technology.

You’ll Need To Have 3+ years of relevant retail management experience. We’d Love to See A self-starter with the ability to mentor and develop personal leadership qualities. Energetic, motivated, and engaging; a true brand ambassador with a love for fashion.

Knowledge of clienteling to build lasting customer relationships. Customer service obsessed with the ability to sell with passion for styling. Technologically savvy and entrepreneurial spirit.
