Summary The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets by leading and developing the store team, maintaining store standards, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving team performance through coaching and training, and ensuring merchandise presentation follows visual guidelines. Responsibilities Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to meet sales and service goals Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a high-performing team Establish weekly and monthly objectives for the team and monitor progress Ensure employees present professionally and deliver excellent customer service and clienteling Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines Work with store support departments and Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager Requirements Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team Professional verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
