Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team in Straiton. Candidate must be fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Ensuring the highest standard of customer service Achieving targets Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising Maximising sales through physical and digital channels Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers Achieving expectations within campaign activities Working with the manager to generate stock The store operates 7 days a week, so flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis is required. Physical demand is moderate due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations.
