What our Assistant Store Managers do Be the right hand by working side‑by‑side with the Store Manager to create a motivated, high‑performing team and a welcoming store environment. Keep things running smoothly by overseeing daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork. Monitor performance by helping track KPIs and supporting the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.

Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise. Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carrying out precise adjustments and lens cutting.
