Role Description : We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (Malayalam Speaking) to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), driving sales performance, seamless onboarding, and a culture of accountability and excellence. Job Details: Work Location : Bangalore(Bellandur) Language : Malayalam (Mandatory) Work Schedule: 6 days working, rotational week off Compensation : โน4.5 โ โน6 LPA + Incentives + OT Notice Period: Immediate or Up to15 days Roles and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 14โ15 Relationship Managers (RMs), helping them achieve activation and conversion goals through coaching, support, and performance management.
Foster a high-performance sales culture through structured coaching, audits, and daily check-ins. Drive discipline and sales targets aligned with company growth Drive training for new joiners, ensuring they ramp up quickly and deliver results. Conduct regular call audits, provide feedback, and track improvements in performance.
Ensure structured execution by monitoring daily RM activities and intervening when needed. Use CRM and analytics tools to identify patterns, track productivity, and optimize strategies. Present performance reports and insights to senior management.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement Qualifications: 3-5 years in Sales, with 2+ years managing sales teams. Proven ability to coach, train, and develop sales teams. \"Fluent Malayalam speaking and communication skills are mandatory\". Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
