Candidates wi th a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline will be prefe rr ed.A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching exper ience in a recognized university, college, or management institute is mandatory. Candidates should have experience in teac hing Quantitative Techniques and related sub ject s to BBA, MBA, and stud ents. Desired Compet encies Strong subject knowledge and analytical skills.Excellent communication and classroom management abi lities.Ability to integrate quantitative concepts with practical business applic ations.Passion for teaching, research, and academic exce llence.Proficiency in MS Excel and statistical or analytical tools will be an added adv antage.Ability to mentor students and contribute effectively to academic initi atives.

Age & Profile Pr eference Candidates with prior teaching experience in higher education institutions will be p referred.Candidates must have excellent communication skills and presentatio n skills.A strong academic profile with research publications, conference presentations, or participation in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) will be an added a dvantage.
