Position - Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – CSE

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students in core and emerging areas of CSE
\n
• Handle theory classes, laboratory sessions, tutorials, and project guidance
\n
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and evaluation reports
\n
• Guide students in internships, mini projects, major projects, and research activities
\n
• Participate in curriculum development, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NBA/NAAC accreditation activities, and academic administration
\n
• Conduct research, publish papers in reputed journals/conferences, and contribute to consultancy/funded projects
\n
• Organize and participate in FDPs, workshops, seminars, hackathons, conferences, and placement activities
\n
• Mentor students for academic performance, technical skills, and career development
\n
• Collaborate with industries and institutions for internships, placements, MoUs, and innovation initiatives
\n
• Support departmental and institutional responsibilities assigned by the HOD/Management
\n

Experience

\n

\n
• Assistant Professor: 0–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience
\n
• Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications and academic contributions
\n

\n

Educational Qualification

\n

\n
• B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in relevant specialization with First Class in either UG or PG
\n
• Ph.D. in relevant discipline is mandatory for Associate Professor and preferred for Assistant Professor
\n
• Qualifications and experience should be as per AICTE norms for Engineering & Technology institutions
\n

Preferred Profile

\n

\n
• Candidates with research publications, patents, funded projects, consultancy, or industry exposure will be preferred
\n
• Experience in NBA/NAAC documentation and academic coordination is an added advantage
\n
