Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Compensation : Salary Commission What You Will Do: Assist in training and motivating Parts Department staff. Support pricing guides, weekly stock orders, and electronic parts files.
Place daily parts orders and process incoming inventory. Handle parts returns, core returns, and special order processing. Serve as backup to the Parts Manager when needed.
Compile stock control reports and monitor replenishment needs. Coordinate with the Warranty Department for timely parts return processing. Assist with annual parts inventory preparation and follow-up.
Provide counter and phone support for internal and external customers. Perform quality checks and help maintain departmental standards. Communicate with customers, technicians, and colleagues regarding order status.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and OEM standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2 years Dealership Parts Department experience required, 3 years preferred.
Valid driver's license required. DealerTrack, X-Time, Rapid Recon, DealerPay, RepairLink, Podium experience preferred. Strong understanding of automotive systems and parts flow.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to learn new technology, systems, and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent required.
