Assistant Nurse Clinician | Nursing Home

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the delivery of nursing care, including complex cases, admissions, transfers, discharges and emergency situations

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance through nursing rounds, case reviews and direct resident care

• Review resident care plans and ensure care is aligned with clinical standards and best practices

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination

• Engage residents and families in care planning and promote person-center care

• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects and outcome monitoring

• Identify care gaps and support the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines

• Mentor and coach nursing staff and support orientation, training and competency development

• Assist with manpower planning, staff deployment and performance management

• Deputies for the Nurse Manager, Nurse Clinician or Director of Nursing when required

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing licence

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognized by SNB

• Advanced Diploma or relevant clinical specialization is an advantage

• Experience in clinical supervision, quality improvement and staff development

• Recent professional experience in a relevant clinical setting

• Evidence of continuous professional development
