Key responsibilities include: Supporting the execution of commercial property transactions Building relationships with clients and other third-party advisors (e.g.

solicitors, valuers and other service providers) Contributing to the underwriting and credit application processes Assisting the wider team through loan origination and drawdowns Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background: 3-5 years experience in a commercial property lending environment Experienced in transaction execution, loan documentation and credit underwriting QFA or APA working to QFA qualification About Our Client An alternative lender based in Dublin.
