Job Description
we are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager/ deputy Manager to join our Property and Casualty Insurance team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performing team environment, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager , the Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of processes and team effectiveness within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Understand operational requirements specific to Property and Casualty Insurance .
Research best practices and assist in designing and implementing new processes and tools to enhance efficiency. Team Leadership: Cultivate a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service. Ensure all team members perform at consistently high levels.
Motivation, instill accountability, and drive measurable results. Team Effectiveness: Oversee the performance and effectiveness of a team of Process Associates. Provide day-to-day coordination of team activities to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze MIS reports to monitor team performance and identify improvement opportunities. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to manage their queries and provide timely resolutions. Respond to written and electronic correspondence promptly and professionally.
Leadership Experience: Lead a team of 10+ FTEs, with at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead on paper. Qualifications Any grad 8+ years' equivalent P&C insurance experience Strong verbal or written communication skills
