Job Description
Assistant Manager Assistant Managers are responsible for managing the store and food service in the absence of the Store or Food service Manager. Assistant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and directing the activities of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, training employees, monitoring compliance with company procedures and policies, maximizing sales, controlling expenses, maintaining stock levels and inventory. Assistant Managers are responsible, in conjunction with the Store Manager, for ensuring store goals and objectives are met and creating a positive store atmosphere for employees and customers.
Assistant Managers need to be people oriented, self motivated, dependable, possess strong leadership skills and able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service.
