Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Operations (AM, Ops) is a fundamental leadership position responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently, safely, and successfully. They drive operational excellence across scheduling, inventory, compliance, financial administration, and business processes while supporting team development and delivering a seamless guest experience. Leading from the floor and back-of-house, they create an inclusive environment where teams can perform at their best and business goals are consistently achieved.

• Lead store operations, scheduling, payroll, and administrative processes to support business performance
• Drive inventory accuracy, receiving, replenishment, and product operations excellence
• Manage operational budgets, expenses, reporting, and financial performance metrics
• Ensure safety, compliance, facilities, technology, and vendor standards are maintained
• Support omnichannel programs, shipping, and operational initiatives to enhance the guest experience
• Lead from the retail floor while developing team capability and fostering an inclusive culture
