Position : Asst HR Exp: 3+ years Location: Nr to Iskon Cross Road Ahmedabad Salary: As per industry standards Type : Full Time, Permanent Job Description Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding Exp in setting up an entire HRMS ecosystem for a venture from designing teams, HRMS & standardizing policies for recruitment. Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management Experience in performance management, training, and professional development Proficiency in payroll administration and HR compliance Knowledge of labor laws, organizational policy development, and workforce planning Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus Previous experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous
