About the Role We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations at Sho Pizza Bar's 2nd location on the West Side and grow into a senior leadership role within our organization. This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their management career. The ideal candidate is highly organized, guest-focused, and eager to lead a team in one of Nashville's most celebrated dining destinations.

Responsibilities Support the General Manager and FOH Managers in overseeing daily restaurant operations Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during assigned shifts Ensure consistent delivery of Sho's service standards and guest experience expectations Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency Monitor floor operations, table flow, and service pacing during peak service Assist with ordering, inventory management, and operational administrative tasks Open and close the restaurant in accordance with established procedures Ensure compliance with Tennessee health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Serve as a leadership resource and culture carrier for the Sho team Qualifications Minimum 1โ€“2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of both front-of-house service and general restaurant operations Demonstrated ability to lead a team with professionalism, energy, and accountability Valid food handler and alcohol service certifications or willingness to obtain Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic scheduling tools Preferred Experience in a Michelin-recognized or high-profile restaurant environment Familiarity with P&L management, labor cost control, and inventory systems Prior experience with Resy, Toast, or similar hospitality platforms What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience The opportunity to grow within a Michelin-recognized, nationally celebrated organization Direct mentorship from experienced senior leadership Comprehensive benefits package and paid time off A clear, supported path to Front of House Manager or General Manager Sho Pizza Bar is an equal opportunity employer.
