Assistant General Manager โ Sales Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site) About CHW Forge CHW Forge, established in 1956 and formerly known as Chaudhry Hammer Works, is one of South Asia's leading forging companies, recognized for exceptional quality, engineering excellence, and on-time delivery. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional for the Deputy General Manager โ Marketing & Sales for our forging and aluminium products portfolio The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial sales, customer relationship management, strategic business development, and team leadership, particularly within Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue and profitability targets. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC companies, Defence organizations, and industrial customers.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives and performance targets. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic business development plans. Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities. Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams to ensure successful order execution. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement programs. Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management. Support export business development and expansion into new global markets.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Business Administration / Marketing, or a related field (B. Tech/MBA preferred). 12โ18 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or key account management. Strong exposure to Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Mining, or Shipbuilding industries.
Proven experience in sales and marketing of Aluminum Forgings, Rolled Rings, Open Die Forgings, Machined Components, or other engineered metal products. Understanding of aluminum grades, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements. Experience in handling high-value contracts, tenders, and long-term customer relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to export sales and international business development will be highly preferred. Why Join CHW Forge?
