The Role We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is a strong hospitality leader and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

This role partners closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest experience, and financial performance. What You’ll Do Lead & Support the Team Support hiring, training, and development of FOH & BOH teams Act as a role model and foster a positive, accountable culture Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing team communication Drive Operational Excellence Oversee daily restaurant operations and service execution Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance Manage scheduling, staffing, and compliance with regulations Support Business Performance Assist in managing labor, COGS, and operating expenses Analyze P&L and key performance metrics Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination Enhance Guest Experience & Community Presence Engage with guests and ensure exceptional service standards Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions Build strong relationships within the local community What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership across FOH & BOH Experience supporting P&L and cost control Strong organizational and operational skills Excellent communication and team development abilities Hands-on, energetic, hospitality-driven mindset Why Join Jarana Be part of a globally recognized hospitality group Opportunity to grow into a General Manager role Dynamic, people-first culture Career development within an international company Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Career growth within Acurio International Apply Now If you’re passionate about hospitality and ready to grow into a leadership role within a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
