The role supports plant profitability, capital investment decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives within a powder metal automotive manufacturing environment.Why You’ll Love Working HereA strategic finance role with direct exposure to senior managementOpportunity to influence plant performance, forecasting, and capital decisionsHands‑on involvement in audits, budgeting, and financial planningLeadership responsibility within the Finance teamCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsCareer advancement within a global manufacturing organizationWhat You’ll Be DoingFinancial Planning & ReportingPrepare monthly financial reporting package including P&L, EBITA bridges, sales/product line analysis, cash flow, CAPEX, and variance analysisLead preparation of Budget, Forecast, and 5-year Strategic PlanProvide clear commentary on financial performance and key driversSupport month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial dataBusiness Partnering & Decision SupportPartner with Plant Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Commercial teams to support business decisionsProvide financial analysis for pricing, margin improvement, and cost optimization initiativesSupport investment proposals, capital expenditure analysis, and Payback and ROI evaluationTranslate operational data into financial insights to guide strategyCosting & Profitability AnalysisSupport annual standard costing process and ongoing cost updatesAnalyze product profitability, cost drivers, and margin performanceCollaborate with Cost Accountant to ensure alignment between operational data and financial outputsPerform scenario analysis to support business planning and decision-makingOperational Performance & Continuous ImprovementMonitor and analyze key manufacturing KPIs (OEE, scrap, labor efficiency, throughput)Support production performance tracking including inventory, scrap, and efficienciesLink operational performance to financial outcomes and highlight improvement opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction programsMonitor and validate financial impact of improvement projectsWorking CapitalSupport continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction programsMonitor and validate financial impact of improvement projectsSystems, Data & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Global Controlling and Finance teams to ensure consistency and best practicesManage and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insightsSupport system improvements and reporting automation initiativesEnsure data integrity and alignment across financial and operational systemsSupport ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and special projects as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCPA or equivalent (or in progress)3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS)Experience in standard costing and manufacturing finance is an assetAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilityStrong communication and business partnering skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentExperience with ERP systems (CMS preferred)How to ApplyApply online at www.johnsonelectric.com — We can’t wait to meet you!What We OfferJohnson Electric offers opportunities for professional and personal growth, supported by talented and driven colleagues.
