Assistant Engineering Director

Summary The Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible for the oversight of the operation of the hotel, including the inside and outside of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering. Other Supervisory Responsibilities Plans and coordinates the work of engineering staff.

Oversees engineering staff and ensures that they meet goals and objectives. Recruits additional engineering staff as needed. Conducts performance feedback that is timely and constructive.
