About the job Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Salary Range: $100K-$120K (Depending Upon Experience) Job Summary As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will assist the Director of Nursing in providing direction and leadership to our team of licensed nurses and caregivers. You will assist the Director of Nursing for the delivery of quality nursing services and overall nursing operations of the community to include: training and delegation of team members and coordination of resident care through assessments, interaction and collaboration with residents, families, physicians and third party vendors.
