• Ability to support inclusive programming for children with diverse abilities and needs

• Commitment to children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being
• Ability to observe, evaluate, and continuously improve programming
• Understanding of culturally responsive practice and meaningful relationships with families
• The ideal ECE Director is an experienced, Manitoba-certified ECE III who combines strong pedagogical expertise with compassionate people leadership, sound operational and financial management, regulatory knowledge, and a genuine commitment to creating a high-quality, inclusive environment for children, families, and education
• We have an excellent compensation package including a salary scale that meets the MCCA current recommendations
