Role Description The Assistant Design Manger - Sales : is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves meeting clients, understanding their lifestyle and requirements, and translating these into designs and layouts.

The designer will prepare design proposals, drawings, and 3D visualizations, present solutions to clients, and guide them through material, finish, and accessory selections.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, vendors, and installation teams to ensure accurate measurements, timely deliveries, and quality execution.

The role also includes managing project timelines, handling site visits and inspections, resolving design or execution issues, and contributing to showroom displays and design standards to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in residential interior design, with a strong focus on modular kitchens and wardrobes,Kids,Young and Bespoke design
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., IMOS-IX,AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and ability to create detailed drawings.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convert design consultations into sales.
• Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Please note that this an experience centre that works all days.

Timings are 10:30 am to 8:00 pm

Located on the MG road ,New Delhi

Weekly off's are as per roster between Monday to Friday
